The Nurture Approach, A Parent’s Guide to (compassionately) ending the cycle of generational dieting and finding joy in food is a self-paced course specifically designed with you in mind.

Meet Your Instructor
Brittany is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Counselor, Body Image Coach and Co-Host of the Food Therapy Podcast. Brittany is on a mission to help folks break free from dieting so they can finally make peace with food and and their bodies and live the life they deserve.
Brittany was personally affected by intergenerational dieting in her family and had a history of disordered eating and poor body image. She has seen the damage of diet culture first hand and wants to help others divest from diet culture, break the cycle of generational dieting and reclaim their relationship with food and body.
Brittany received her Masters degree in Nutrition and Education from Columbia University. Brittany has contributed to Women’s Health, Well & Good, and CNN. She has been interviewed on various podcasts, such as Find Your Food Voice, What She Gained, All Bodies Nutrition, Alix Turoff Nutrition, M-Powered, and the Dance Nutritionist.

HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT THE COURSE TO TAKE?
This course is self-paced and can be done at your own speed. There are over 15 videos (5+ hours total), all under 40 minutes. I recommend taking the time to process the information and using the journaling prompts at the end of each section.
DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE BY A CERTAIN DAY?
Nope! I designed it as a self-paced course so you can take as much time as you need to go through the content. You can take as much time as you need.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS FOR?
You will have access as long as this course is up and running! It will be at least for one year (hopefully longer!)
DOES THIS INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL COACHING WITH BRITTANY?
This course is designed to be self-paced and does not include individual 1:1 coaching. However, along with the course, you will also have access to the Nurture Method Facebook Community where you can ask questions. If you are looking to dig deeper in your relationship with food, you can absolutely apply for 1:1 coaching!
